Nakamura Daiki (Date Seiji)

1. As for yourself, what do you think of the work "Yoroiden Samurai Troopers"

I have fond memories of having the chance to work on this project, and the give of you all remembering my voice, face, and name.

2. In the piece, was there a character's scene (line) that left an impression?

My role as Date Seiji. The surekill “Rai Kou Zan” left an impression. The first time I lip-synced the line it seemed that the end was cut unexpectedly short. I felt it was better to lengthen it, and when I combined to two to “Rai~ Kou~ Zan!” it worked, and was a lot of fun so it was used. Since then, I'd perform it at every event.

3. During production, were there any episodes you remember having left and impression?

In the beginning of the TV series, since there were still a lot of new comers, recording took a lot of time. Also, once it was over the sound supervisor and actors would meet to review what we had done. Because facing your performance and someone criticizing it is difficult, its like counseling. I was given the nickname Chiba Dojou, even now when my limits are reached, I remember the endeavors of Chiba-san, I will do my best.

4. What do you think it is about Yoroiden Samurai Troopers that has caused it to still be liked?

The five main characters have very different personalities. The hand drum and blizzard of cherry blossoms during the transformations. The feeling of a world that manipulates the unusual Japanese person's hearts. Despite being Jr.High students they are always fighting youja and becoming disconnected from reality while riding around on a white tiger.

5. In your life, what heart (kokoro) do you think you live by?

I like to think that I live with of a heart/spirit of “Courtesy”, but sometimes I forget when I'm at a bar.

6. A few words about Yoroiden Samurai Troopers?

It is a very important graffiti of youth.

7. Finally, a message to the fans of Yoroiden Samurai Troopers.

At the time students were people who were stuck to the front of the TV, but now we say things like, “getting too close to the TV is bad.” … Company employee's are troubled over the harshness of society... However, in any case, I am grateful to everyone who stuck with this product at the time. Really, Thank you.
